Dockside Rental Details

Dockside Pricing and Information:
Please inquire within for our sales team for full pricing structure based on your event type.

  • Total time reserved should include setup/breakdown of personal items/décor.

  • Available rental hours are between 8am – 11pm.

  • Tours of the space are available by appointment only, please inquire within Monday-Friday, 9am - 5 pm.

  • Rental items can be brought in through vendors of your choosing. Dockside does not provide a preferred vendor list.

  • Any decorations hung from the ceiling must be approved in advance and installed by a licensed professional.

  • The use of adhesive on the walls of Dockside is strictly prohibited.

Rental Fee Includes:

INCLUDED WITH VENUE RENTAL:

  •  2,000-square foot venue with a guest capacity of +/-100 guests for seated service or 125 guests for reception/non seated service (capacity decreases as tables/chairs and additional items are placed throughout the room)

  • Use of the following tables: (16) 60”, (10) 72” round reception tables seating up to 8 - 10 guests maximum per table. Long tables (standard six-foot tables) highboy cocktail tables, and (1) 30” round cake table.

  • Event labor including set up/strike staff, janitorial staff onsite throughout the event.

  • Complimentary highspeed Wi-Fi access throughout the venue. 

  • Large parking lot for general parking, with an overflow area available.

  • Restrooms located on site.

  • Black Linens

    NOT INCLUDED:

  • Onsite coordinator

  • Décor elements

  • Up-lighting

  • DJ 

  • Food & Beverage catering costs

    Catering:

  • Canvas Restaurant & Market is the exclusive caterer for Dockside and no other third party caterer is allowed to cater an event at the venue

  • Due to liability restrictions and liquor license regulations, alcohol cannot be brought into the Dockside unless provided by Canvas.

Venue Capacity:
Capacity for the Dockside is determined by event type and tables/chairs and additional items are placed in the room.

  • Available Enhancements*:
    A/V Equipment including 2 large drop-down screens with projectors, 2 wireless microphones, integrated sound system, and 2 podiums.
    Green room available in the reception venue upon request.
